Reiner and his crew at Universal Stone are absolutely amazing!! We had a horrible experience with another company and our countertops were ruined. Reiner came and gave us an estimate, he listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to remedy the situation and ensure our happiness. The employees were all very respectful of our home and when they left our home, you wouldn't have known they were there, except for the beautiful new countertops! They came in and removed old countertops and installed new all in one day!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality, customer service, and honesty!

Professional and great quality!! We got three quotes on finishing the exact same slab of quartz and they were very competitive. It was awesome that Reiner has been a plumber in Florida for over 13 years and could both disconnect and connect the faucet and garbage disposal. Saved us from hiring a plumber! We love our new island countertop and would definitely have them back for any other countertop work we need for our kitchen, baths or patio.

My new cabinets are STUNNING!!! As a certified Interior Designer I have had the opportunity to work with many different fabricators, however Universal Stone of Jacksonville is by far, the best I have had the pleasure of working with. They were prompt, professional and very skilled! I would highly recommend them, and will certainly use them again!

This company was amazing, professional from beginning to end. We had an Island sink that was way to small, they came took the granite out recut, polished and returned with a beautiful large sink. We highly recommend Universal Stone.
